No problem! Package services may be exchanged for other qualifying services at any time.

• If exchanging for a lower-priced service, the difference at your original package rate will be added to your Limn Balance.

• If exchanging for a higher-priced service, the difference at your original package rate is due at the time of service.

Your original package discount — 10% for Wellness or 15% for Ritual — is always applied when calculating the difference.

Retail Savings

All Wellness + Ritual Packages include 10% off retail products during your package redemption period. The retail discount applies while your package is active and does not extend to Limn Balance funds after package conversion.

Package Redemption & Limn Balance

Wellness Packages must be redeemed within 8 months. Ritual Packages must be redeemed within 12 months.

After that timeframe, any unused services will be converted to a Limn Balance equal to their discounted package value.

Limn Balance may be used toward future services, retail products, or service upgrades. Limn Balance represents the remaining value of unused package services and does not include package benefits, including the 10% retail discount.

Limn Balances are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be redeemed for cash.
